Work With Me
You’ve Put In The Work. But The Results Don’t Reflect It
Something shifts under pressure - in competition, in the moments that matter.
You stop performing like you know you can.
That's not a talent problem. That's something we can work on.
I've worked with Olympic champions, Premier League players, and European Tour professionals for 25 years.
The pattern is almost always the same - ability isn't the issue.
Monthly Coaching
How I Work
I work with athletes on an unlimited monthly basis. No session limits, no fixed appointment slots, no waiting until next week when you need help now.
You call when you need to - before a competition, after a setback, in the middle of a difficult training week.
There's no limit on the number of calls and no limit on call length. Between calls, you can reach me by text for quick guidance when something comes up.
This means we work together in real time, responding to what's actually happening in your sport - not reviewing it after the fact.
Why I Work This Way
Most sports psychologists offer one session a week or a block of six.
But performance doesn't work on a schedule.
A crisis of confidence before a match on Saturday can't wait until Thursday's appointment.
The athletes I work with need support that moves at the speed of their sport.
That's what this model is built for.
The Next Steps
01
Tell Me What's Going On
Fill in the form on my contact page. Tell me what's been happening with your performance. I read every message personally.
02
I'll Come Back To You
Within 24 hours, I'll reply with my thoughts on what's going on and how I can help — including which package is right for you.
03
We Start Working Together
We begin with a clear plan based on your sport, your situation, and what needs to change.
