-
You’re great in practise. But the moment you get a scorecard in your hand, you’re game falls apart.
Twenty-five years working with golfers from club level to the World Tour.
Players like Colin Montgomerie, Ewen Ferguson and Connor Syme have used golf psychology to turn talent into trophies.
You don't need another swing lesson.
You need someone who understands why the game falls apart between your ears.
-
You've lost your confidence — and no one around you can tell you how to get it back.
Twenty-five years working with footballers from more than thirty clubs.
I know why players lose confidence, and what to do about it.
Whether you're a striker in a goal drought, a keeper letting in soft goals, or a young player drowning in a cynical dressing room — there's a way back.

You've got the talent. You just can't close out the match.
Twenty-five years working with tennis players who keep losing matches they should win.
The serve for the match that becomes a lost service game.
The lead that disappears in the third set.
The opponent with less talent who walks off with the win.
Choking is a mental problem — and it's a fixable one.
-
One missed pot, and you're back in your chair watching them clear up.
Snooker punishes the wandering mind like no other sport.
Twenty-five years working with players who can pot anything in practice but lose the rhythm in matches.
Players like Jimmy Robertson, who broke through in 2018 to win the European Masters, and Ricky Walden, who took the International Championship.
The talent's there.
The mental game decides what happens with it.

Lost Move Syndrome. The yips. The fall that took your confidence with it.
Trampolinist Bryony Page was about to give up the sport.
She came to me in 2010 with a case of Lost Move Syndrome that most coaches thought was unsolvable.
Fourteen years later she completed the full set of Olympic medals — silver in Rio, bronze in Tokyo, gold in Paris.
If a young gymnast or diver in your life is losing trust in their own body, the way back exists.

Your sport isn't on this list — but the principles travel.
Over twenty-five years I've worked with athletes across athletics, boxing, cycling, darts, diving, rugby, show jumping, swimming and more.
The mental challenges look different sport to sport — but the underlying patterns are remarkably consistent: lost confidence, performance anxiety, choking on the verge of success, recovery after injury.
If your sport isn't here, that doesn't mean I can't help.
Get in touch and tell me about your game.
